These terms govern use of FitBalance360 across the website, web app, billing, calculators, and mobile-ready product surfaces.

Use of the service

FitBalance360 provides planning, grocery, nutrition, and wellness tools for informational and organizational purposes. It is not a medical diagnosis service and should not replace licensed medical advice.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Subscriptions

Premium plans renew automatically until cancelled. Pricing, billing frequency, renewal timing, and current subscription state are shown at checkout and inside your account billing area.

Refunds and cancellations

You may cancel a recurring subscription to prevent future renewals. Any refund handling is subject to applicable law and Stripe billing records.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the product, interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, or submit unlawful or harmful content.

Content and guidance

Generated meal plans, coaching suggestions, grocery strategies and body-related insights are provided for informational use. You remain responsible for reviewing suitability, ingredients, allergies and professional medical constraints.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create security risk, abuse billing systems or attempt unauthorized access to protected systems.

Security and verification

We may require additional verification, recent sign-in, or identity confirmation before destructive account actions, high-risk billing changes, or privacy-sensitive exports are completed.

Liability limits

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FitBalance360 is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation, and liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the relevant period where legally allowed.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time as the product evolves. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
